It's Rocking - Dard-E-Disco is the story of two fun-loving brothers. Rambo (Aryeman Ramsay), and Rocky (Akshay Kapoor), who dream of opening their own discotheque like the happing Dard-E-Disco, owned by disco king DK (Bappi Lahiri). They try to touch base with DK but his secretary, Johny (Asrani), will not let them enter the discotheque without an invitee pass. The two brothers get lucky one day and meet DK who entertains them in his discotheque and even asks them to come over to his office. However, their attempt to meet DK in his office fails as Johny won't allow them. Meanwhile, Powderbhai (Shakti Kapoor) who is constantly trying to sell drugs in Dard-E-Disco keeps meeting with failure as DK won't allow the sale of drugs. According to DK life are music are so intoxicating that nobody needs to crave foe drugs. Finally, when all efforts of Powderbhai and his gang members fail, they kidnap DK. At this juncture Rambo and Rocky along with their girlfriends Geeta (Rituparna Sengupta) and Mili (Sneha Ullal) decide to risk their own lives to save DK. What happens thereafter? Babyji a.k.a Mummyji (Kirron Kher) is a modern mother who lives in Chandigarh with her husband (Kanwaljeet) and their three adult children.
