Vijay (Aasad MIrza) is a young boy who is molested by a prostitute when he is forcibly taken to the red-light area by his school friends. He escapes from there but the molestation leaves him so traumatized that he develops fear and his affects his interaction with girls. His father (Aditya Raj Kapoor) meets a bold and beautiful girl, Sarah Jones (Nazia Hussain), who tells him that she can erase the trauma from his son's life. The father promises to pay her the hefty fee she demands. Sarah Jones now enters Vijay's life and, slowly but surely, she makes him comfortable in the company of a girl something which wasn't the case because of Vijay's traumatic past. What's more, as Vijay and Sarah Jones keep meeting more often, she with a desire to fulfill her contract with Vijay's father, the two youngsters end up falling in love with one another. Rajdhani Express is the story of Keshav, an errand boy for an arms trafficker. On one such errand, Keshav steals the weapons and books a ticket on the Rajdhani Express from Delhi to Mumbai in order to escape. While trying to apprehend Keshav, Yadav manages to extract political mileage from the situation by weaving a web, endangering not only Keshav's, but also his co-passengers' lives. However, the Commissioner has an ulterior motive to get even with his boss, the Minister of Home, whose parents also happen to be on the train. Sitaram Bhardwaj lives in a village in Central India with his daughter, Geeta, who studies in a city. He is asked to contest the state elections against Dhurjan Singh, which he reluctantly accepts. Geeta returns home to assist her father. When Dhurjan finds out about Sitaram contesting this election, he is enraged and asks Shakuni, his brother-in-law, to convince Sitaram to change his mind. Subsequently, Police Inspector Patak Singh registers a complaint against Sitaram for looting and leading some bandits, raids his house, finds stolen property and jewelery, arrests him and holds him in a cell. Baba Thakur, another bandit, comes to his rescue, but is unable to save Sitaram's life, who is killed. Geeta wants to avenge her father's untimely death.
