Pongalo Pongal is a comedy Tamil film directed by V. Sekhar starring, Vignesh, Vadivelu, Charle, Chinni Jayanth and Vivek in lead roles. Vijay is the managing director of a large shipping corporation. Long ago, a great drought befell a village. A dancer from a traditional family came forth to dance in the Shiva temple for many days and nights.
