Chinna (Sumanth) is born in jail to a mother who dies during childbirth. The Jailer (Chandra Mohan) feels sorry for Chinna and adopts him. He brings up Chinna along with his son, Sanjay (Rajiv Kanakala) and daughter. However the jailer's father hates Chinna since he was born to a prisoner. In a dramatic situation, Chinna kills the Jailer s brother and is put in jail. Upon release, the jailer and his family tell Chinna to stay away from them. So Chinna moves into a rough neighborhood that happens to be under the control of the local mafia there. He overpowers the mafia there eventually and becomes a protector for the people there. Babu and Malik are two inseparable friends who live in a small town in India. One day they decide to play a prank and steal something but get caught. While Malik's dad came to bail out and stand as surety for him, Babu has no one to do so and ends up in the juvenile center. When he is released from the jail, he goes to meet his partner-in-crime, Bali, and together they start planning the next heist. Malik meets Babu and tells him to straighten his ways. Nevertheless, Babu does inform Bali that he will not be taking part in any crime. Thereafter, Bali and his men are arrested and they blame Babu for ratting on them. Bali is released on bail. When Babu meets him, an argument ensues leading to a fight and Bali is killed. A fearful Babu flees Bombay and lands up in Jogendra Nagar in Northern India, where he meets a man named Bhagat who asks him to masquerade as Kundan, the sole heir of a wealthy man named Shahji. Babu becomes Kundan and makes his way into the hearts of Shahji, his wife Rukmani and daughter Maya. Babu gets enough cash to pay off Bhagat in small installments but Bhagat becomes greedy and wants Babu to steal all the cash and jewellery and abscond. The film centers around the murder investigation of an actor who drops dead on stage in front of a live audience. However, the investigation is led by a police officer, Banerjee, who seems more distracted by his prejudices towards the suspects rather than the merits of the case. The murder in the film takes place during the staging of a play called A Perfect Relationship. The play is an official Indian adaptation of Doric Wilson s play. Sameer Thakur, who plays Surya in the film, has co-written the adaptation along with Arushi Singh, who plays Ivana Grewal in the film.
