Kulla (Dwarkish) is a little man, whose aim is to become a secret agent. Despite of all his efforts to become an agent, he fails to qualify because of his short stature. One day, he gets an opportunity to join a secret service. There, he succeeds in becoming an agent and is numbered "000". Thus, from then onwards, he becomes Kulla Agent 000.
