Rudra Thandavam is the dubbed version of the Telugu movie Khatarnak. The movie is about Yaman an underworld king. Police, as well as political leaders, are under his control. With all his activities legally protected by a clever advocate, Yaman is always the winner in any battle. But after the arrival of a new police officer, he begins to face the heat.
